In 2018, after finishing university in Canada, Darya made a decision that changed her life forever. She chose to leave the comfort of her family and everything familiar behind, and moved to Istanbul to carve her own path. She lived in her grandmother's small two-story house, saving every lira she could. There were no holidays. No nights out. No birthday celebrations. While others lived their 20s freely, Darya spent hers working—consumed by a single obsession.

That obsession wasn't just to master the art of a smile. It was to transform the patient journey with trust and transparency. She wanted every patient to feel seen and heard. She wanted the experience to feel real—not like a sale, not like a transaction. For her, it was always personal.

She worked her way through every role in dentistry: starting as a patient coordinator, then as a dental assistant, and later as a lab intern. Each step revealed what was broken in the industry. She saw corners being cut. She saw quality being sacrificed for speed or cost. She saw patients dismissed when they asked for changes, their voices silenced when they wanted to be part of their own smile design. And she couldn't take it anymore.

Darya fought when no one else would. She argued with labs and doctors. When she saw mistakes—in shade, shape, or design—she carried that frustration as if it were her own. And when something went wrong, she never hid from it. She owned up to it, even when it wasn't her mistake. She paid out of pocket to make it right. These experiences shaped her vision. She promised herself she would build something different: a clinic that refused mediocrity, that refused to cut corners. She saved and eventually opened her own small clinic with just two dental chairs—no investors, no shortcuts.

Slowly, her work began to speak for itself. Patients came. Celebrities reached out. Her reputation bloomed. But for Darya, growth has never been only about size. It was about implementing everything she had learned—not just as a businesswoman, but as a person who knew that true success comes from accountability, transparency, and relentless dedication to results.
